(2) Utilizing a specialized boring machine, both ends of the roller pipe, where bearings are installed, are bored simultaneously with remarkable coaxial precision. This machine also completes end face flattening and interior angle cutting seamlessly in one operation.
(3) The inner wall of the supporting roller undergoes anti-rust painting, ensuring outstanding corrosion resistance for prolonged durability.
2. Roller Shaft
Employing a slot flat double end milling machine, we meticulously process the slot flat at both ends, ensuring perfect symmetry of the roller shaft's slot flat.
3. Bearing:
1) We source only top-tier roller bearings from leading domestic and international brands, ensuring premium quality and reliability.
2) A semi-automatic quantitative system fills low-temperature lithium-based lubricating grease, eliminating the need for future refilling while providing excellent cold resistance.
4. Sealing
