(2) The roller pipe utilizes a specialized boring machine capable of simultaneously boring both ends where the bearings are mounted. This ensures high coaxiality and achieves end face flattening and interior angle cutting in a single seamless operation.
(3) Anti-rust Painting on the inner wall of the supporting roller is meticulously applied to ensure excellent corrosion resistance, enhancing the product's durability and longevity.
2. Roller Shaft:
A precision slot flat double end milling machine is employed to synchronously process the slot flat at both ends, guaranteeing the symmetrical alignment of the roller shaft's slot flat, which is crucial for optimal performance.
3. Bearing:
1) We utilize only domestic and international first-class brand roller bearings, ensuring reliability and superior performance in every application.
2) The semi-automatic, precise filling of low-temperature lithium-based lubricating grease means no further filling is necessary, offering excellent cold resistance and reliable lubrication over time.
4. Sealing:
