(2) Utilizing a specialized boring machine, the roller pipe achieves simultaneous boring at both ends where bearings are situated, delivering outstanding coaxiality. This process also efficiently completes end face flattening and internal angle cutting in one seamless operation.
(3) Anti-rust Painting: The interior surfaces of the supporting roller receive a high-grade anti-rust coating to ensure unparalleled corrosion resistance, enhancing longevity and performance.
2. Roller Shaft
A slot flat double-end milling machine is employed to meticulously process the slot flats at both ends of the roller shaft, guaranteeing perfect symmetry and precision.
3. Bearing:

2) Semi-automatic, precise filling of low-temperature lithium-based lubricating grease, which negates the necessity for future refills while providing excellent cold resistance.
4. Sealing
