ROLLER PROCESS FLOW INTRODUCTION
1. Roller Body:
(1) We employ an advanced automatic cutting machine for our roller pipes, ensuring precision with no deformation or chips. This results in a high degree of perpendicularity between the fracture and the pipe, with exceptional parallelism at both ends.
(2) Our roller pipes are meticulously crafted using a specialized boring machine that simultaneously bores both ends where bearings are installed, achieving high coaxiality. This process is seamless, completing end face flattening and interior angle cutting in a single, efficient step.
(3) The inner wall of the supporting roller undergoes anti-rust painting, enhancing its outstanding corrosion resistance.
2. Roller Shaft
Utilizing a slot flat double end milling machine, we ensure the slot flat at both ends of the roller shaft is processed synchronously, achieving perfect symmetry.
3. Bearing:
1) We use roller bearings from top-tier domestic and international brands, ensuring superior performance.
2) Our bearings benefit from semi-automatic quantitative filling of low-temperature lithium-based lubricating grease, which eliminates the need for future refilling and provides excellent cold resistance.
4. Sealing
