ROLLER PROCESS FLOW INTRODUCTION
1. Roller Body:
(1) The roller pipe is cut using an advanced automatic cutting machine, ensuring there's no deformation or chipping of the pipe body. The cut is precise with high perpendicular fracture alignment and exceptional parallelism at both ends.
(2) The roller pipe utilizes a specialized boring machine for simultaneous boring at both ends where bearings are installed, achieving high coaxiality. This process flawlessly combines end face flattening and interior angle cutting in a single step.
(3) Anti-rust painting is applied to the inner wall of the supporting roller, providing excellent corrosion resistance.
2. Roller Shaft
A slot flat double end milling machine is employed to synchronously process both ends, ensuring the roller shaft's slot flats are perfectly symmetrical.
3. Bearing:
1) Utilizes top-tier domestic and international roller bearings for unmatched reliability.
2) Features semi-automatic, quantitative filling of low-temperature lithium-based lubricating grease, which eliminates the need for future refilling and offers outstanding cold resistance.
4. Sealing
The sealing system combines non-contact labyrinth and contact lip seals, offering exceptional waterproof and dustproof qualities with a highly effective sealing performance.
5. Product Assembly
The assembly process employs automatic pressing to guarantee precise alignment and high assembly accuracy for the supporting rollers.
6. Welding:
