ROLLER PROCESS FLOW INTRODUCTION
1. Roller Body:
(1) The roller pipe is meticulously crafted using an automatic cutting machine, ensuring no deformation or chips during the cutting process. This precision guarantees a high degree of perpendicularity between the fracture and the pipe, along with exceptional parallelism between the two ends.
(2) The roller pipe utilizes a specialized boring machine, enabling the simultaneous boring of both ends where bearings are installed. This process achieves outstanding coaxiality, while seamlessly completing end face flattening and interior angle cutting in a single operation.
(3) Anti-Rust Painting: The inner wall of the supporting roller receives a robust anti-rust painting treatment, ensuring superior corrosion resistance.
2. Roller Shaft
Utilizing a slot flat double end milling machine, the slot flat at both ends is processed synchronously, guaranteeing perfect symmetry of the roller shaft's slot flat.
3. Bearing:
1) Featuring top-tier domestic and international brand roller bearings;
2) Semi-automatic quantitative filling with low-temperature lithium-based lubricating grease, eliminating the need for future re-filling and offering exceptional cold resistance.
4. Sealing
A composite sealing structure combining non-contact labyrinth and contact lip technology, providing excellent waterproof and dustproof capabilities with a highly effective sealing performance.
5. Product Assembly
