(2) Utilizing a specialized boring machine, the roller pipe undergoes simultaneous boring of both ends where bearings are placed, ensuring impeccable coaxiality. This process also accomplishes end face flattening and interior angle cutting, all in one seamless operation.
(3) The inner wall of the supporting roller is treated with anti-rust painting, providing outstanding corrosion resistance and durability.
2. Roller Shaft
A slot flat double end milling machine precisely processes the slot flat at both ends, ensuring perfect symmetry and balance of the roller shaft.
3. Bearing:
