(2) The roller pipe benefits from a specialized boring machine, achieving simultaneous boring at both ends where bearings are mounted, guaranteeing exceptional coaxiality. This one-step process also includes end face flattening and precise interior angle cutting.
(3) An anti-rust painting is meticulously applied to the inner wall of the supporting roller, providing superior corrosion resistance for long-lasting performance.
2. Roller Shaft
Employing a slot flat double end milling machine, we ensure simultaneous processing of the slot flat at both ends, achieving perfect symmetry of the roller shaft.
3. Bearing:
1) We incorporate premium roller bearings from both domestic and international leading brands, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
2) Utilizing a semi-automatic process, we achieve precise, quantitative filling of low-temperature lithium-based lubricating grease, eliminating the need for future top-ups and offering excellent cold resistance.
4. Sealing
