ROLLER PROCESS FLOW INTRODUCTION
1. Roller Body:
(1) Our roller pipe employs an advanced automatic cutting machine, ensuring a pristine cut with zero deformation or chips on the pipe body. The cut maintains high perpendicularity to the pipe, with superb parallelism between the pipe ends.
(2) Utilizing a specialized boring machine, the roller pipe is bored at both ends for bearing installation, achieving exceptional coaxiality. The process simultaneously flattens end faces and cuts interior angles in one seamless operation.
(3) An anti-rust paint is applied to the inner wall of the supporting roller, guaranteeing exceptional corrosion resistance.
2. Roller Shaft
Employing a slot flat double end milling machine, we simultaneously process both ends of the roller shaft, ensuring the slot flat is perfectly symmetrical.
3. Bearing:
1) We use roller bearings from top-tier domestic and international brands, ensuring unmatched reliability.
2) Semi-automatic, precise filling of low-temperature lithium-based lubricating grease ensures permanent lubrication, eliminating future filling needs, and offers excellent cold resistance.
4. Sealing
Our composite sealing structure combines non-contact labyrinth with a contact lip, providing exceptional waterproof and dustproof qualities with outstanding sealing performance.
