ROLLER PROCESS FLOW INTRODUCTION
1. Roller Body:
(1) The roller pipe is meticulously crafted using an automatic cutting machine, ensuring that there is absolutely no deformation or unwanted chips during the process. The result is a flawless perpendicularity between the fracture and pipe, coupled with outstanding parallelism at both pipe ends;
(2) The roller pipe undergoes precision processing with a special boring machine, expertly boring both ends simultaneously where bearings are inserted. This guarantees high coaxiality and completes end face flattening and interior angle cutting efficiently in a single operation;
(3) Experience superior anti-corrosion capabilities with anti-rust painting applied to the inner wall of the supporting roller, offering exceptional protection against rust.
2. Roller Shaft
A slot flat double-end milling machine is employed to process the slot flat symmetrically at both ends in unison, ensuring perfect symmetry of the roller shaft's slot flat.
3. Bearing:
1) We use premier roller bearings from both domestic and international first-class brands;
2) The semi-automatic and precise filling of low-temperature lithium-based lubricating grease eradicates the need for future additions, boasting excellent cold resistance properties.
4. Sealing
This product features an advanced composite sealing structure combining non-contact labyrinth and contact Lip seals, ensuring unparalleled waterproof and dustproof performance with a powerful sealing effect.
