(2) The roller pipe is precision-engineered using a specialized boring machine, allowing simultaneous boring of both ends for optimal bearing installations with unparalleled coaxiality. This process also seamlessly achieves end face flattening and interior angle cutting in a single operation.
(3) We apply a robust anti-rust paint to the inner wall of the supporting roller, guaranteeing outstanding corrosion resistance for extended durability.
2. Roller Shaft
Employing a state-of-the-art slot flat double end milling machine, we precisely synchronize the processing of slot flats at both ends, ensuring perfect symmetry in the roller shaft.
3. Bearing:
1) We utilize top-tier roller bearings sourced from premier domestic and international brands, ensuring reliability and performance.
2) The process involves a semi-automatic quantitative filling with low-temperature lithium-based lubricating grease, eliminating the necessity for future fillings while offering excellent cold resistance.
4. Sealing
