2. Roller Shaft
Employing a slot flat double end milling machine, the processing of the slot flats at both ends is done simultaneously, achieving symmetrical execution and preserving the balance and functionality of the roller shaft.
3. Bearing:
1) We utilize premier roller bearings from world-renowned domestic and foreign brands, ensuring the highest quality and performance.
2) Our semi-automatic process involves precise quantitative filling of low-temperature, lithium-based lubricating grease. This technique negates the need for future refills and maintains excellent cold resistance properties.
4. Sealing
