(2) Our roller pipe is precision-machined with a specialized boring machine, facilitating simultaneous boring of both ends where the bearings are installed. This guarantees high coaxiality, and the process is completed with a one-step end face flattening and interior angle cutting.
(3) The inner walls of the supporting roller undergo anti-rust painting, ensuring exceptional corrosion resistance and longevity.
2. Roller Shaft
The roller shaft is meticulously processed using a slot flat double-end milling machine. This ensures that the slot flats at both ends are perfectly symmetrical, enhancing stability and alignment.
3. Bearing:
1) We use first-class roller bearings from leading domestic and international brands, promising high performance and reliability.
2) Our semi-automatic technique for quantitatively filling low-temperature lithium-based lubricating grease eliminates the need for future refilling, providing excellent resistance to cold conditions.
