(2) The roller pipe benefits from a specialized boring machine, which precisely bores both ends where bearings are installed, achieving outstanding coaxiality; it efficiently completes face flattening and interior angle cutting in a single operation.
(3) Anti-rust Painting on the inner wall of the supporting roller: guarantees excellent corrosion resistance.
2. Roller Shaft
A slot flat double end milling machine is utilized to process the slot flat at both ends synchronously, ensuring perfect symmetry of the roller shaft's slot flat.
3. Bearing:
1) Premium roller bearings from leading domestic and international brands;
2) Semi-automatic, precise filling of low-temperature lithium-based lubricating grease, eliminating the need for future refilling and offering excellent cold resistance.
4. Sealing

5. Product Assembly
