(3) An anti-rust painting is meticulously applied to the inner wall of the supporting roller, providing robust corrosion resistance and ensuring longevity and reliability in various environments.
2. Roller Shaft
With a slot flat double-end milling machine, we precisely and simultaneously process the slot flat at both ends, guaranteeing perfect symmetry of the roller shaft for optimal performance.
3. Bearing:
1) We utilize top-tier domestic and international brand roller bearings, ensuring durability and superior functionality.
2) Our process includes semi-automatic quantitative filling with low-temperature lithium-based lubricating grease. This eliminates the need for refilling, providing excellent cold resistance and long-lasting lubrication.
4. Sealing
