ROLLER PROCESS FLOW INTRODUCTION
1. Roller Body:
(1) The roller pipe is crafted using an advanced automatic cutting machine, ensuring precision with no deformation or chips during cutting. The resulting fracture is impeccably perpendicular to the pipe body, while the parallelism between the two ends is maintained at superior levels.
(2) Utilizing a specialized boring machine, the roller pipe is bored simultaneously at both ends where bearings are installed, guaranteeing exceptional coaxiality. The process effortlessly includes end face flattening and the intricate interior angle cutting in one seamless operation.
(3) The inner wall of the supporting roller receives a protective anti-rust coating, providing robust corrosion resistance.
2. Roller Shaft
Employing a slot flat double end milling machine, the slot flats at both ends are simultaneously processed, ensuring perfect symmetry of the roller shaft.
3. Bearing:
1) Incorporating roller bearings from top-tier domestic and international brands;
2) Utilizing semi-automatic quantitative filling with low-temperature lithium-based lubricating grease. This method eliminates the need for future refilling and offers excellent cold resistance.
4. Sealing
Employing a composite sealing structure that combines non-contact labyrinth and contact Lip seals, this design delivers outstanding waterproof and dustproof capabilities with significant sealing efficiency.
5. Product Assembly
The assembly process utilizes automatic pressing to ensure the highest accuracy in the overall construction of the supporting rollers.
6. Welding:
Fully automatic mixed gas shielded welding is utilized, ensuring superior weld seam quality and precision. The process is complemented with dust removal devices, making it safe, efficient, and environmentally-friendly.
7. Coating:
