ROLLER PROCESS FLOW INTRODUCTION
1. Roller Body:
(1) The roller pipe utilizes a state-of-the-art automatic cutting machine, ensuring precise cuts without deformation or chips. This method guarantees exceptional perpendicularity between the fracture and the pipe, as well as remarkable parallelism between the pipe ends.
(2) The roller pipe is further enhanced by a specialized boring machine, which simultaneously bores both ends where bearings reside, ensuring impeccable coaxiality. This process also completes the end face flattening and internal angle cutting seamlessly in a single operation.
(3) An anti-rust coating is applied on the inner wall of the supporting roller, providing superior corrosion resistance and longevity.
2. Roller Shaft
A slot flat double end milling machine is employed to process the slot flat at both ends with precision, ensuring the symmetrical alignment of the roller shaft slots for optimal performance.
3. Bearing:
1) Premium roller bearings sourced from top-tier domestic and international brands ensure reliability and durability.
2) Semi-automatic quantitative filling of low-temperature lithium-based lubricating grease is implemented, negating the necessity for future refills and offering excellent cold resistance.
4. Sealing
The sealing system features a composite structure of non-contact labyrinth and contact Lip seals, providing superior waterproof and dustproof protection with an outstanding sealing effect.
5. Product Assembly
Automated pressing techniques ensure the precise and accurate assembly of the supporting rollers, enhancing the overall quality and efficiency.
6. Welding:
