ROLLER PROCESS FLOW INTRODUCTION
1. Roller Body:
(1) The roller pipe is expertly crafted using an advanced automatic cutting machine, ensuring precise cuts without deformation or chips. This results in exceptional perpendicularity between the fracture and the pipe, as well as outstanding parallelism between the two ends.
(2) Utilizing a specialized boring machine, both ends of the roller pipe are bore simultaneously in areas designated for bearing installation, ensuring impeccable coaxiality. This process also completes end face flattening and interior angle cutting in a single, seamless step.
(3) The inner wall of the supporting roller undergoes anti-rust painting, ensuring remarkable corrosion resistance and longevity.
2. Roller Shaft
A slot flat double end milling machine is employed to simultaneously process the slot flat at both ends, guaranteeing that the roller shaft's slot flat is perfectly symmetrical.
3. Bearing:
1) We utilize top-tier roller bearings from leading domestic and international brands, assuring the highest quality and reliability.
2) Semi-automatic filling with low-temperature lithium-based lubricating grease is conducted for optimal cold resistance, eliminating the need for future replenishment.
4. Sealing
Featuring a sophisticated composite sealing structure with non-contact labyrinth and contact Lip designs, this system is both waterproof and dustproof, ensuring a superior sealing effect.
5. Product Assembly
Automatic pressing is utilized to guarantee precise overall assembly accuracy of the supporting rollers.
