(2) Our roller pipes undergo a precise process with a specialized boring machine, simultaneously boring both ends where bearings are installed, achieving outstanding coaxiality. The process also completes end face flattening and interior angle cutting seamlessly in one step.
(3) An anti-rust painting is meticulously applied to the inner wall of the supporting roller to guarantee exceptional corrosion resistance.
2. Roller Shaft
Utilizing a slot flat double end milling machine, we ensure the slot flats at both ends of the roller shaft are processed simultaneously, providing perfect symmetry.
3. Bearing:
1) We employ top-tier domestic and international brand roller bearings for superior performance and reliability.
2) Our semi-automatic quantitative filling incorporates low-temperature lithium-based lubricating grease, eliminating any future filling needs while providing excellent cold resistance.
4. Sealing
