(2) Utilizing a specialized boring machine, both ends of the roller pipe are bored with precision for bearing installation, ensuring high coaxiality. This process completes the end face flattening and interior angle cutting seamlessly.
(3) Anti-rust painting is applied to the inner wall of the supporting roller to guarantee excellent corrosion resistance, ensuring longevity and durability.
2. Roller Shaft
A slot flat double-end milling machine is employed to synchronously process both ends of the roller shaft, ensuring perfect symmetry and balance in the slot flat configuration.
3. Bearing:
1) We incorporate domestic and international first-class brand roller bearings, promising reliability and superior performance.
