ROLLER PROCESS FLOW INTRODUCTION
1. Roller Body:
(1) Our precision-engineered roller pipe is crafted using an automatic cutting machine, ensuring flawless cuts with no deformation or chips. This results in superior perpendicularity between the fracture and the pipe, and exceptional parallelism at both ends.
(2) Utilizing a specialized boring machine, the roller pipe is meticulously bored at both ends where the bearings are installed. This guarantees high coaxiality, with end face flattening and interior angle cutting completed seamlessly in one operation.
(3) Anti-rust painting applied meticulously to the inner wall of the roller ensures excellent corrosion resistance, extending the longevity and reliability of the product.
2. Roller Shaft
Crafted with precision, the roller shaft undergoes processing with a slot flat double end milling machine, ensuring perfect symmetry of the slot flat at both ends.
3. Bearing:
1) We incorporate roller bearings from top-tier domestic and international brands, ensuring top-notch quality and performance.
2) The use of semi-automatic quantitative filling with low-temperature lithium-based lubricating grease eliminates the need for future refilling, offering outstanding cold resistance.
4. Sealing
Our innovative composite sealing structure combines non-contact labyrinth and contact lip seals, delivering exceptional waterproof and dustproof capabilities, ensuring superior sealing effectiveness.
5. Product Assembly
