ROLLER PROCESS FLOW INTRODUCTION
1. Roller Body:
(1) The roller pipe is precisely crafted using an advanced automatic cutting machine, ensuring precision cuts without any deformation or residual chips. This results in exceptional perpendicularity between the fracture and the pipe, as well as high parallelism at both ends.
(2) The roller pipe undergoes processing with a specialized boring machine, allowing for the simultaneous boring of both ends where bearings are to be installed. This guarantees high coaxiality and completes end face flattening and interior angle cutting in one seamless operation.
(3) A robust anti-rust painting is applied to the inner wall of the supporting roller, providing outstanding corrosion resistance and longevity.
2. Roller Shaft
A slot flat double end milling machine is employed to precisely and synchronously process the slot flat at both ends. This ensures that the slot flat of the roller shaft is perfectly symmetrical, enhancing stability and performance.
3. Bearing:
1) We utilize premier roller bearings from leading domestic and international brands, ensuring reliability and superior performance.
2) A semi-automatic quantitative filling process is used for low-temperature lithium-based lubricating grease, providing long-lasting lubrication without the need for future refills. This grease also offers excellent resistance to cold temperatures.
4. Sealing
Our innovative composite sealing structure features a non-contact labyrinth and a contact Lip design, delivering exceptional waterproof and dustproof capabilities with a highly effective sealing performance.
5. Product Assembly
The assembly process incorporates automatic pressing techniques, ensuring precise overall alignment and accuracy of the supporting rollers.
6. Welding:

7. Coating:
