(3) Anti-rust painting is applied to the inner wall of the supporting roller, guaranteeing outstanding corrosion resistance.
2. Roller Shaft
A slot flat double end milling machine is utilized to simultaneously process the slot flat at both ends, ensuring the roller shaft's slot flat is perfectly symmetrical.
3. Bearing:
1) We utilize top-tier roller bearings from renowned domestic and international brands.
2) The process includes semi-automatic, precise filling of low-temperature lithium-based lubricating grease, eliminating the need for future refills and offering excellent cold resistance.
4. Sealing
The advanced composite sealing structure combines a non-contact labyrinth with a contact Lip, delivering superior waterproof and dustproof capabilities with a significant sealing effect.
5. Product Assembly
