ROLLER PROCESS FLOW INTRODUCTION
1. Roller Body:
(1) The roller pipe is masterfully crafted using an automatic cutting machine, ensuring there is absolutely no deformation or loose chips during the cutting process. This precision guarantees high perpendicularity between the fracture and the pipe as well as exemplary parallelism at both ends.
(2) The roller pipe utilizes a specialized boring machine, expertly boring both ends of the roller pipe simultaneously where bearings are housed, ensuring exceptional coaxiality. This method completes end face flattening and interior angle cutting in a single, efficient step.
(3) Anti-rust Painting on the inner walls of the supporting roller ensures superior corrosion resistance, delivering longevity and durability.
2. Roller Shaft
A slot flat double end milling machine is employed to precisely and synchronously process the slot flats at both ends, ensuring perfect symmetry of the roller shaft's slot flat.
3. Bearing:
1) We incorporate roller bearings from premier domestic and international brands, ensuring top-tier quality and performance;
2) Semi-automatic, precise, quantitative filling of low-temperature lithium-based lubricating grease is performed, eliminating the necessity for future refills and providing excellent cold resistance.
4. Sealing
The innovative composite sealing structure combines non-contact labyrinth and contact lip sealing, offering superior protection against water and dust, thus delivering an outstanding sealing effect.
5. Product Assembly

6. Welding:
