(2) We employ a specialized boring machine for the roller pipe, allowing simultaneous boring of both ends where bearings are to be installed, achieving superior coaxiality. The machine efficiently completes end face flattening and interior angle cutting in one seamless operation.
(3) Our anti-rust painting on the inner wall of the supporting roller provides exceptional protection, ensuring durable corrosion resistance.
2. Roller Shaft
Utilizing a slot flat double end milling machine, we synchronously process the slot flat at both ends, ensuring perfect symmetry of the roller shaft's slot flat.
3. Bearing:
1) We source roller bearings from top-tier domestic and international brands, ensuring unmatched quality and performance.
2) Our process involves semi-automatic, precise quantitative filling of low-temperature, lithium-based lubricating grease. This eliminates the need for future fillings and offers excellent cold resistance.
4. Sealing
