ROLLER PROCESS FLOW INTRODUCTION
1. Roller Body:
(1) The roller pipe employs an advanced automatic cutting machine. This ensures precision cutting with zero deformation or chips in the pipe body. Both the perpendicularity between the fracture and the pipe and the parallelism between the ends are exceptionally high.
(2) The roller pipe utilizes a specialized boring machine, which simultaneously bores both ends for bearing installation, achieving superior coaxial alignment. End face flattening and interior angle cutting are efficiently performed in a single operation.
(3) An anti-rust painting coats the inner wall of the supporting roller, guaranteeing excellent corrosion resistance.
2. Roller Shaft
A slot flat double end milling machine is used to process slot flats at both ends synchronously, ensuring perfect symmetry of the roller shaft's slot flat.
3. Bearing:
1) We use top-tier domestic and international brand roller bearings, ensuring reliability and performance.
2) Semi-automatic quantitative filling of low-temperature lithium-based lubricating grease is employed, negating the need for future refilling and providing excellent cold resistance.
4. Sealing
The sealing system integrates a composite structure of non-contact labyrinth and contact Lip seals, delivering exceptional waterproof and dustproof performance.
5. Product Assembly
Automatic pressing is utilized to ensure precise and seamless assembly accuracy of the supporting rollers.
6. Welding:
