ROLLER PROCESS FLOW INTRODUCTION
1. Roller Body:
(1) The roller pipe is crafted with an automatic cutting machine, ensuring precision with no deformation or chips. The perpendicularity between the fracture and the pipe is remarkably high, while maintaining outstanding parallelism at both ends;
(2) The roller pipe is meticulously processed using a specialized boring machine, allowing both ends to be simultaneously bored where the bearings reside. This guarantees exceptional coaxiality and achieves seamless end face flattening and interior angle cutting in a single step;
(3) Anti-rust Painting on the inner wall of the supporting roller is applied, providing superior corrosion resistance.
2. Roller Shaft
A slot flat double-end milling machine processes the slot flat at both ends synchronously, ensuring the roller shaft's slot flat is perfectly symmetrical.
3. Bearing:
1) We incorporate roller bearings from premier domestic and international brands, ensuring high-quality performance;
2) The process employs semi-automatic quantitative filling with low-temperature lithium-based lubricating grease, eliminating the need for future refilling. This provides excellent cold resistance.
4. Sealing
Utilizing a composite sealing structure combining non-contact labyrinth and contact Lip, this design offers exceptional waterproof and dustproof capabilities, ensuring a robust sealing effect.
5. Product Assembly
Product assembly is conducted through an automatic pressing system, which ensures precise assembly of the supporting rollers.
6. Welding:
We implement fully automatic mixed gas shielded welding, achieving high-quality welding seams with superior accuracy. The process is enhanced with dust removal devices, making it safe, efficient, environmentally friendly, and healthy.
7. Coating:
A state-of-the-art, dust-free, sealed, and environmentally friendly automatic coating line is employed. This innovation facilitates automatic loading & unloading, coating, palletizing, and packaging while ensuring harmless exhaust gas treatment.
