(2) With a specialized boring machine, we simultaneously bore both ends where bearings are to be installed, achieving outstanding coaxiality. This process also includes one-step flatting of end faces and interior angle cutting.
(3) Inside the roller, an anti-rust painting delivers exceptional corrosion resistance, safeguarding the longevity and performance of the supporting roller.
2. Roller Shaft
Our slot flat double end milling machine ensures symmetrical processing of the slot flats at both ends of the roller shaft, achieving perfect symmetry and reliability.
3. Bearing:
