(2) Each roller pipe is shaped by a specialized boring machine, allowing simultaneous boring of both ends for bearings with impeccable coaxiality. This process also flawlessly completes end face flattening and interior angle cutting in one seamless operation.
(3) Enhance durability with our anti-rust paint applied to the inner wall of the supporting roller, providing superior corrosion resistance.
2. Roller Shaft
Our slot flat double-end milling machine synchronously processes the slot flat at both ends of the roller shaft, ensuring perfect symmetry.
3. Bearing:
1) We offer roller bearings from top-tier domestic and international brands to ensure superior quality.
