ROLLER PROCESS FLOW INTRODUCTION
1. Roller Body:
(1) The roller pipe is crafted using a state-of-the-art automatic cutting machine, which ensures precision with no deformation or chipping during the cutting process. This results in exceptional perpendicularity between the fracture and the pipe, alongside remarkable parallelism between the ends.
(2) The roller pipe is processed using a specialized boring machine, allowing for the simultaneous boring of both ends where bearings are fitted. This ensures excellent coaxiality and completes end face flattening and interior angle cutting seamlessly in one operation.
(3) Anti-rust painting is applied to the inner wall of the supporting roller, guaranteeing superior corrosion resistance.
2. Roller Shaft
Utilizing a slot flat double-end milling machine, the slot flats at both ends are processed synchronously to ensure symmetrical alignment of the roller shaft slot flat.
3. Bearing:
1) Employing premium domestic and international roller bearings of first-class quality.
2) Semi-automatic, precise filling of low-temperature lithium-based lubricating grease, eliminating future need for refilling while providing excellent cold resistance.
4. Sealing
The innovative composite sealing structure features a non-contact labyrinth and a contact lip, offering superior waterproof and dustproof capabilities with outstanding sealing efficiency.
5. Product Assembly
Automatic pressing is employed to ensure precision in the overall assembly of the supporting rollers.
6. Welding:
