ROLLER PROCESS FLOW INTRODUCTION
1. Roller Body:
(1) The roller pipe is crafted using an advanced automatic cutting machine, ensuring precision with neither deformation nor chips when cutting the pipe body. This process assures high perpendicularity between the fracture and the pipe, and excellent parallelism of both ends.
(2) Employing a specialized boring machine, the roller pipe undergoes simultaneous boring at both ends where bearings are installed, achieving superior coaxial accuracy. This step also completes end face flattening and inner angle cutting in a single, seamless operation.
(3) A robust anti-rust treatment is applied to the inner wall of the supporting roller, guaranteeing long-lasting corrosion resistance.
2. Roller Shaft
A slot flat double-end milling machine is utilized to process the slot flat simultaneously at both ends, ensuring perfect symmetry for the roller shaft's slot flat.
3. Bearing:
1) We use top-tier roller bearings from both domestic and international renowned brands.
2) The semi-automatic quantitative filling of low-temperature lithium-based lubricating grease eliminates the need for future refills and provides outstanding cold resistance.
4. Sealing
