ROLLER PROCESS FLOW INTRODUCTION
1. Roller Body:
(1) Experience precision with our roller pipes, expertly cut with an advanced automatic cutting machine. Our process ensures no deformation or chips, maintaining high perpendicularity between fracture and pipe, and superior parallelism at both ends.
(2) Leveraging a specialized boring machine, we simultaneously bore both ends of the roller pipe for bearings, guaranteeing high coaxiality. This efficient technique also accomplishes end face flattening and interior angle cutting in a single operation.
(3) We apply anti-rust painting to the inner wall of the supporting roller, securing excellent corrosion resistance for enhanced durability.
2. Roller Shaft
Our process uses a slot flat double end milling machine to symmetrically process both ends of the roller shaft, ensuring unmatched symmetry and balance.
3. Bearing:
1) Our bearings are sourced from top-tier domestic and international brands, ensuring superior performance and reliability.
2) We employ a semi-automatic process for the precise filling of low-temperature lithium-based lubricating grease. This eliminates the need for future fills and provides excellent cold resistance.
