ROLLER PROCESS FLOW INTRODUCTION

(2) Leveraging a specialized boring machine, we simultaneously bore both ends of the roller pipe for bearings, guaranteeing high coaxiality. This efficient technique also accomplishes end face flattening and interior angle cutting in a single operation.
(3) We apply anti-rust painting to the inner wall of the supporting roller, securing excellent corrosion resistance for enhanced durability.
2. Roller Shaft
Our process uses a slot flat double end milling machine to symmetrically process both ends of the roller shaft, ensuring unmatched symmetry and balance.
3. Bearing:
1) Our bearings are sourced from top-tier domestic and international brands, ensuring superior performance and reliability.
2) We employ a semi-automatic process for the precise filling of low-temperature lithium-based lubricating grease. This eliminates the need for future fills and provides excellent cold resistance.
4. Sealing
